Hello, I am fully vaccinated. Thank you for visiting my website, I'm so glad you're here. My name is Bree Benson and I am the owner of Grace Massage Therapy. I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years.
I started a career in massage therapy because I discovered that I have a natural talent to find muscular pain points. I have refined my skills over the years by working for a local massage franchise, a professional team, and personal clientele. These experiences allowed me to assist in healing a variety of different needs and hundreds of clients.
I enjoy using creativity with techniques when giving a massage which means I use a mixture of massage styles that will benefit the needs of my clients. My strengthens are neuromuscular therapy accompanied with stretching, and deep tissue massage paired with trigger-points and stretching. I am also highly skilled in pre-natal and swedish massage.
I was raised in the Charlotte area so I take pride in improving the lives of my fellow Carolinians through massage therapy. I look forward to meeting and helping you!
