We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels, with an emphasis on Vinyasa
inspired Flow; focusing on alignment; linking the breath with the movements and strengthening the mind and body. In addition, we provide a full range of
Massage Therapy services including Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Sports, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Positional Release Therapy, and Muscle Energy Techniques.

Our newly renovated historic building, with its exposed antique beams and woodwork, bamboo floors, and cathedral ceiling, is a warm and inviting space, providing the ideal environment for a variety of yoga and bodywork styles.

Conveniently located on Main St/Rt 103 in downtown Ludlow, with off street parking available behind the studio.
