My name is Kristy Kostelecky. My goal is to help individuals heal physically, emotionally, spiritually.
I have studied with many Energy instructors and massage professionals that have helped me refine my intuitive gifts; balancing these gifts with massage and structural bodywork. Being a Certified Raindrop technique practitioner, I also integrate essential oils in my sessions. Sessions are customized to your needs.
I practice 'Whole Body' healing, works both the emotional & physical components to health including remote sessions. It can be as simple as a wallet in a pocket or stress causing back pain to as complex as dental TMJ issues caused by tight muscles or rotated hip. Long-term 'patterns' such as sitting at a desk, carrying a bag, playing baseball, etc. shorten/lengthen muscles causing dysfunction. Neck pain, 'suddenly' appears.... Effects emotional and physical distress can lead to chronic health issues. We work together to get to the source to improve your well being.
I am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Karuna Reiki Master, studied Shiatsu, Pranic Healing, Chakra Balancing, intuitive bodywork, repatterning, emotional release and other modalities to help accelerate your healing beyond your expectations.
