Consent forms and confirmations are sent electronically via email only. To avoid confusion, please remember to provide accurate information and valid email address when booking. If booking for someone else please provide THEIR information, not yours. In order to receive service, consent forms must be complete and submitted before appointment time.
SERVICE REFUND POLICY
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve appointments.
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all purchases online & in office are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused sessions for individual services, certificates, packages, or service series. We offer credits for prepaid services which can be put towards a future service or gift certificate.
MEMBERSHIP TERM
Credits rollover for one month allowing 60 days to use before expiration. Gifting credits are allowed if are you unable to use them with in 60-day period. You may pause or cancel membership at any time.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Due to the natural nature of our products, we do not accept refunds. All purchases are final as soon as payment is processed. No exceptions. We are not responsible for shipping issues, loss, damages, or carrier issues.
