Ericka Gardner Massage & Bodywork

Ericka Gardner was born and raised in Bronx, NY.  She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she received her BS in Accounting. In 2008, the economy collapsed and she was laid off.  While looking for work, she noticed she was not excited about pursuing a career in Accounting.  All she wanted was a massage. That’s when the light bulb went off.  Ericka researched massage therapy schools and choose Southeastern Institute in Charlotte, NC. Upon graduation, Ericka was hired immediately at a local franchise, where she worked for several years.  During her tenure there, she often imagined how she would own and operate her own massage therapy business……

I have been a massage therapist for over 10 years and I love what I do.  Helping my clients attain their goals of stress management, pain relief or overall well being is extremely gratifying.  It is the best feeling in the world to know I have had a positive impact on someone’s day.  My clients always leave feeling better than when they arrived.

I provide customized massage experiences.  I am skilled in the following modalities:

I use all these modalities to create a customized massage experience.  Once your needs have been identified, I select the most effective tools meet and exceed your expectations.  Hot towels and gentle stretching are sometimes incorporated to help you meet your goals.  

Massage therapy is great for everyone and I strongly encourage people to try it at least once in their lifetime.  If you suffer from any of these issues, you definitely need to get a massage.
