A few of the modalities in my tool box include: Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Intraoral Massage, dynamic cupping, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), energy healing, fascial unwinding, Instrument Assisted Soft-tissue Mobilization (IASTM), compensatory pattern release, table Thai or diaphragmatic release. I will also include outside resources of self care options to do in between sessions.
