Donzell Davis is a Certified Massage Therapist, a level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist , and a Graston Technique Specialist. Donzell is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer. With years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and a passion for fitness, he has focused on the importance of recovery with an intent to perform the most effective modalities to help his clients reach their full potential. He is dedicated in helping his clients eliminate pain, restore function, and move better in multiple planes of movement. Donzell believes in natural ways to heal the body with a pain free approach with his treatments. His ultimate goal is to help his clients get real results to perform and feel their best in fitness, athletics, and life's daily activities.
