Do you take insurance?
We are an OUT OF NETWORK provider, which means if you have out of network benefits you may be eligible for partial reimbursement up to 60% by self-submitting your receipt and superbill to your insurance.
How Does Payment Work?
We accept all major credit cards, Cash, FSA and HSA plans. Payment is due prior to date of service.
