Through these practices, we cater to mental wellness and body love, helping to relieve stress, enhance circulation, improve sleep, and support recovery with a sprinkle of more.
We also offer private consultations tailored to your unique needs across all services. Please note that all classes require pre-registration, and a 30% pre-paid deposit is necessary to secure healing/massage appointments. The remaining balance can be paid at the office or after your session.

- Screening Requirement: To prioritize safety, we do not accept online appointment requests from clients until they have completed our screening process.
- Timeliness Matters: We provide a 10-minute grace period to ensure each client receives their full session time. Late arrivals may lead to a shorter session or rescheduling, with a non-refundable deposit.
