I have been observing and studying patterns of mechanics and movement in the human body for 20 years. The body is a complete system. If one part is not working properly, all the other parts will be affected. Physical, emotional or spiritual imbalances can negatively impact overall health. Holistic medicine is a tool to gain balance in life. In my own life I have found that nutrition, gardening, stretching/strengthening, daily activity in the outdoors, wildcrafting, meditation and focused breathing, massage, reading, making art, and spending time alone and time with good friends/family are all parts of a vibrant life and a health-promoting lifestyle.
