After sustaining an injury to my back in the 90's, massage was the only thing that brought me relief. Therapeutic massage literally changed my life! So I decided to share this wonderful healing gift and made massage my career.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 20+ years. I received my license in 1999 from the Alpha School of Massage in sunny Port St. Lucie, Florida. After graduation, I worked at a day spa where I was trained to work with the Yonka line of products and a Vichy Shower. My next job as an L.M.T. was working with a local chiropractor, where I helped people recover from accidents, injuries and surgeries. Finally I got my dream job-working on a cruise line in the Mediterranean! My tour had 13 ports-of-call between Madrid, Spain and Dubrovnik, Croatia and I am grateful to have had such a wealth of exposure to different cultures. After Europe, I really wanted to get back home to my family in Connecticut, so I moved back to the East Coast.

Office Chair Massage-need to bring some stress relief to your busy office? I provide corporate chair massage to refresh and renew your crew! I have worked with a host of companies including Boehringer Ingelheim, Hilton Hotels, Disney, Waterworks, Danbury Hospital and many more. Myoskeletal Alignment Technique-developed by Eric Dalton PhD, L.M.T. This treatment focuses on recognizing strain patterns before they become pain patterns and utilizes joint-stretching, deep breathing and long myofascial work to help the body restore proper alignment. Unlike most massage, this treatment requires you to engage while we work together to help free up stuck patterns in your body.
Pregnancy Massage-I absolutely love helping Mom’s to be relax so they can be their best when the baby arrives. This massage is performed lying on your side so as not to put too much pressure on the baby. You can have as many pillows as you like to make yourself comfortable! To be safe, we use no essential oils or scents of any kind, just pure fractionated coconut oil.
