Cle Zen is a Cleveland based holistic massage business, created by a product of the city, Sarah Peck.
What's a holistic massage anyhow? It is massage through the lens of education + presence + deep care = Joy. It is, Intuitive. It keeps in mind the wholeness of your personal human experience. Cle Zen was created with You in mind. Bodywork is sacred because our bodies are awe*some. When we take a moment to be still and breathe a full breath, tuning our mindfulness to the creation of our Own Life inside this body + brain that is Us, well... it's deep stuff! It can be hard to be still and breathe and it is also the source of our needs being met. That's the long-winded description of a holistic massage.
Here's the Short: A bodywork session of massage techniques to care for your body as a whole entity, aligned with intuitive, conversation, and feedback-based energetic safe space for breath.
Opened in the home space of Abide Yoga on Larchmere in August of 2021, CleZen is now growing with the addition of an aligned, independent LMT, Shannon Drummond, as of April 2024. She offers several of Sarah's service creations, as well as a potent and loving cadre of her own intuitive, luxurious, and caring services.
