I boast nearly two decades of experience as a massage therapist, deeply passionate about my craft and committed to maintaining my knowledge through continuous education. My accumulated expertise now exceeds 2500 hours, a significant leap from the 300-hour requirement when I first obtained my license.

At present, my unwavering dedication is centered on Plastic Surgery Lymphatic Drainage massage, an approach that leverages the power of manual lymphatic drainage techniques. These techniques are meticulously applied across multiple stages, utilizing varying pressure levels to achieve the utmost in optimized results.

In addition to my extensive massage therapy experience, I am deeply committed to the realm of energy work and healing modalities, particularly Reiki. Over the years, I have immersed myself in the practice of Reiki and other energy-based techniques, consistently expanding my understanding and proficiency in these transformative arts. This dedication to energy work has enriched my therapeutic approach, allowing me to offer a holistic and nurturing experience to my clients. It brings me immense joy to harmonize both the physical and energetic aspects of well-being, fostering a sense of balance, relaxation, and vitality in those I have the privilege to serve.

I perform lymphatic incisional excretion for clients with open incisions, and I also work with individuals who still have drains and wound vacs in place. It's important to note that the regulations in the State of Texas prohibit massage therapists from directly opening incisions or utilizing syringes to drain fluids.

Additionally, we engage in discussions about various topics that may naturally arise, including nutrition, compression techniques, and even subjects like emotional well-being and self-care, often humorously referred to as the "Fluff Fairy." Furthermore, I also incorporate machine therapy into our sessions for a comprehensive approach to your well-being.

In my journey as a massage therapist, I've had the privilege of working across various demographics. My experience spans working alongside the University of Montana-Western Wellness and Athletic Department, where I collaborated with college athletes, as well as providing my services to professional athletes. I've also lent my expertise to ranches during challenging seasons. In addition, I've specialized in Plastic Surgery Aftercare, employing deep tissue and manual lymphatic drainage techniques, which I've successfully applied to improve the condition of older surgical scars.

While many therapists classify themselves as relaxation, deep tissue, or medical massage therapists, I prefer to see myself as a rehabilitation therapist, seamlessly blending the best aspects of these modalities into one comprehensive and integrative approach. I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to work with you on your journey to achieve and maintain optimal wellness.


A fee of $30 applies for late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-call/no-show appointments. A $30 rescheduling fee is incurred if you call to reschedule within 4 hours of your appointment. Please note that the rescheduling fee does not apply to online appointments conducted via Zoom.

After accumulating three instances of no-call/no-show appointments or cancellations within 2 hours, you will no longer be able to schedule further appointments.
