I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 30 years. I absolutely love massaging and I do my best to meet each clients individual needs. Some clients want to relax and others want to work out tight and painful muscles.
I can do a relaxing spa massage with hot stones, warm towels and essential oils, but I also specialize in Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release. I am certified in pre and postnatal massage and have experience working at an OB-GYN Med Spa.
I have worked with medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and in spa environments. Whatever your needs may be, I have the education and experience to work with you and your body to reach those goals.
