Megan Almodova, LMT believes her life’s purpose is to help other people heal, and using the art of massage therapy is one of her favorite ways to do so. She was trained and licensed in 2017 through Central Arizona College. She is trained in Swedish and Relaxation Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal and Symphony of the Cells Protocols.
A session with Megan includes a detailed conversation of your daily activities to find out your repetitive movements and possible problem areas, that may be causing imbalances you weren’t even aware of, a treatment that will zero in on your requested areas of focus as well as the secondary muscle groups to requested areas, and a follow up with recommended homework that might include specific stretches or yoga poses to ensure you gain the most benefit from your time together.
