Shiela is a massage therapist located in ATX. She graduated from the Edgar Cayce Center with 700 hours of training. That, combined with a 200 hour prajna yoga certification, has given her a solid anatomical foundation and knowledge of the body. Treating the body as a whole and finding the root cause of pain is a key factor in her approach. Shiela's work can help those experiencing chronic pain, athletes looking to improve performance, or anyone seeking overall wellness.
