Hello, my name is Hannah, I am a licensed massage therapist and I operate Bolivar Therapeutic Massage. I am, at my core, an advocate for (w)holistic health. That means I aim to find the root cause of the pain or dysfunction you're feeling in your body using NeuroKinetic Therapy. I am the only therapist in Bolivar to offer this. I will work with your body to find out WHY you are feeling pain, stiffness or irritation and then coax it to release and heal on its own. I specialize in helping people overcome hip, neck, shoulder and back pain.
Our bodies want to be healthy but stress is the biggest thief of health. When we release the stress living inside of us, our bodies begin to function as they were meant to. Bodywork is one of the best things you can do to release stress. I am passionate about helping humans move and feel their very best. Before massage therapy, I taught fitness classes and was a personal trainer so I know the value of moving efficiently without pain.
