Blissfully Balanced is located in the beautiful Cave Spring area of Roanoke, VA, near Tanglewood Mall.
Owned and operated by Shondra Bush LMT, formerly of JustBreathe Massage Therapy in Salem, who has been providing therapeutic massage throughout the Roanoke and New River Valleys since 2006.
Shondra has been providing massage therapy to assist in stress management, pain relief, and for celebrating life's milestones for over 22 years.

- Located in Cypress Park, an office building behind the Freedom First Credit Union on 419, across from the Panera at Tanglewood Mall.
- Turn right onto Cypress Park Dr, and follow it up and around to the parking lot, 4212 is marked on the building in front of the handicapped accessible parking.
- Follow the covered walkway to Suite D, Shondra's massage therapy office.
Shondra studied at the Atlanta School of Massage, graduating in December 2000, and worked at a variety of spas and massage clinics in the Atlanta area for 5 years before moving to the NRV in 2006. She initially studied Wellness and Spa Massage, blending Eastern and Western massage and bodywork techniques for a holistic approach allowing her to create client centered massage therapy sessions. Adept in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, reflexology, shiatsu and acupressure, she combines these techniques to design a massage therapy session around your time, budget, and health goals.
Shondra currently lives in Radford with her husband Stephen and their dogs. All services are by appointment.
