Bliss Day Spa Policies
Appointments & Cancellations:
Reservations are needed for all Spa services. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. To avoid being charged for canceled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Your appointments are very important to the members of Bliss Day Spa and the time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE AUGUST 14,2021
Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
Online Booking:
Our software system recently added an update for online booking. All new clients scheduling online are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your service you are booking and existing clients scheduling online are required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your service that you are booking (cash paying clients must call to schedule appointments). A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations to avoid additional charges. If you cancel within the 24-hour notice, your 25% or 50% deposit is forfeited. If more than a 24-hour notice is given, your 25% or 50% deposit will be applied as a store credit to be used towards a future appointment. All sales are final.
Late Policy:
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available.
No Cell Phones:
With tranquility as our main concern, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy. We request that you silence or turn off all cell phones before entering the spa area. All emergency calls can be directed through our front desk. Please understand this is for the comfort of our guests.
Visitors & Children Policy:
Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the spa’s ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. Bliss Day Spa is an adult facility. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:
Gift Certificates expire one year after their purchase date. Gift Certificates contain a value which may be used to purchase products and services. Services listed on any gift certificate are for suggestion, the gift certificate is for the specific dollar value that is registered. Starting April 1, 2024 we are no longer able to look up a gift certificate. The gift certificate must be present at the time of service and the available balance will be applied to your transaction. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Bliss Day Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of a gift certificate. Any of our Holiday or Discounted gift certificates must be redeemed in the spa to apply that special price, if it is used online, it will charge you the difference and we are unable to give refunds starting April 1, 2024.
Age Restriction Policy:
We accept guests aged 12+ for nail and facial services. Massage services are designed for guests aged 14+ . All guests under the age of 18 require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children.
