Amy is a 2021 graduate of Illinois Valley Community College's Therapeutic Massage program and a 2022 graduate with a certificate in Advanced Clinical Massage and an Associates in Science degree in Therapeutic massage.
Amy strives to provide a peaceful environment that will provide comfort and relaxation through therapeutic massage. She works to help her clients achieve optimal health through many aspects of massage whether there is a need for relaxation or a focus on muscle specific Swedish massage. Her approach to the body can be described as anatomical Swedish techniques with a hybrid of Myofascial Release. The massage is deep and deliberate while respecting the client's comfort level with an end result of feeling like being 'ironed out'. Amy also can integrate Gua Sha, and Cupping techniques if there is a need. She also is Reiki II certified and provides energy work with her sessions upon request. Through a thorough consultation and teamwork with her clients, Amy provides specific massage tailored to the individual's needs.
