Offering people a more pain free existence through Massage Therapy
Amber Maez began her journey with massage therapy when she graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Dec 2010 logging 1000 hours of education and training. Since then she has been fortunate enough to gather experience working in a variety of locations here in Tucson and overseas. Amber started her career at a local Resort Spa and in 2013 relocated overseas and practiced at a fitness center on Ramstein Air base for 7 years. Here she was able to utilize a lot of the more therapeutic techniques she learned in school and help members of the armed forces as well as civilian employees manage self care, overuse conditions and injuries. Amber Returned to Tucson in 2021 and began working at a local Acupuncture clinic in early 2022 where she was able to help clients manage chronic pain conditions. Ambers work has been described as slow and methodical, forceful yet gentle, intuitive and specific as well as deeply relaxing. It is her goal to offer a safe space for clients to come receive quality massage therapy whether looking to work through a chronic pain condition, injury, or just escape the stressors of life for an hour or so. Amber hold continuing education in Rotator cuff disfunction, Cupping and Gua Sha, Lymphatic Drainage, Facilitated Stretching and Orthopedic Massage.
