About Tensegrity Therapeutic Massage

At Tensegrity Therapeutic Massage in Walla Walla, WA, I use the principles of tensegrity to restore balance, mobility, and alignment within your body. My style of massage focuses on the muscle and fascial connections that are causing you pain, rather than just where you feel pain. Through targeted deep-tissue bodywork, I release muscle and fascia tension and adhesions to correct imbalances and alleviate chronic pain in order for your body to regain harmony and structural integrity.

Your bodywork session will be geared towards your individual needs to create a custom massage in order to help relive your pain.

My first visit was a truly five star experience! Kaelyn took great care to learn about my lower back condition and to develop a plan of bodywork and exercises I can do at home. As our 90-minute session progressed, she was very responsive to what was happening with my body and she explained her every move well. In other words, she is a very good communicator: she not only does great bodywork, she explains is well. I look forward to more appointments. Highly recommended!

Kaelyn did an amazing job! She was very professional and constantly kept checking in on me to make sure I was doing okay. I had a lot of tension and she definitely helped fix it!

Definitely not your standard all over massage but I bet she would if that is what you wished to have! She really focuses on your problem areas and I definitely am looser post massage as well as the next day. No soreness. She checks in frequently on pressure and comfort. Kaelyn also gave me some stretches to do that hopefully will also help.
