CranioSacral Therapy works with your bodies natural healing abilities to get to the core of what is causing the pain and help it release.
CranioSacral Therapy is done while you lie fully clothed on a massage table while I hold places on your body to allow the fascia and restrictions to fully release. CranioSacral Therapy is based on what you need for that day and your body is given the space and time to comfortably release restrictions and whatever else may be causing discomfort.
I am excited to offer cupping therapy and hot stones as I have benefited from both. Cupping decompresses, gently suctions and lifts skin and the underlying tissue releasing stuck tension. Cupping is commonly used to address injuries, muscle and joint pain, connective tissue (fascia), digestive problems, respiratory issues, headaches, and so much more. Hot stones allow me to more easily warm the tissue and release restrictions easier.
