Sarah’s knowledge of how the body’s muscles interact with each other always amazes me. I can go in with one issue & she fixes that along with a dozen others. She gave me a helpful tip that I can do on my own that will help with my shoulder pain.

If the location is a haul for you, do it anyway cuz it's worth it. Right away she welcomed me in, provided a summary of what will happen, gave me options for what I want to do, and completely embraced me as is. Sarah talked me through everything that came up, and most importantly without judgement or direction for feeling like "therapy". Then after, we talked some more and she left me with advice, recommendations, and being available to check in later. I left feeling like a new person, or rather more of myself than I felt in months. I recommend Sarah strongly, and trust yourself, she's worth the drive!
