The massage was not relaxing and it seemed like she was fumbling through it, there was no flow or consistency, nor were the transitions nice. I'm okay with conversations during the massage but she kept taking her hands off to talk with her hands. When she worked on my neck when I was face up she kept jamming her fingers into my back under my shoulders and I could feel her fingernails digging in a bit. She also couldn't tell when she needed to use more oil or lotions because it was bit uncomfortable with her hands dragging. I really like Karen and will see her again but I will not see this therapist again. I was really disappointed after having an amazing sugar scrub right before.
