Winner of The Gazette's "Best Massage Therapist in 2010", she is very passionate about healing. She refers to herself as "an investigator" to find the areas that start the affliction. Working with physical therapists and chiropractors for many years, she opened her own clinic, dedicating herself to her clients. Adding to her passion for movement and the body, Sharyn was certified in Pilates in 2015, with training in classical Pilates through Peak Pilates and The Vertical Workshop. One of her favorite quotes from Joseph Pilates is "movement is healing." Sharyn loves to study anatomy and biomechanics, and all modalities of bodywork. Being an active mom of 3, having multiple broken bones and surgeries, she understands pain, and has compassion for those needing healing.

Sharyn is very skilled at what she does. I have had several massages by independent therapists and she is, by far, the best. I always leave feeling relaxed and like a new person after day 2. She has helped me a lot with some chronic back and hip pain. Highly recommend her. She's worth it!
