Hi, my name is Justina Samuel. I grew up in Eastern Colorado in a small farming community. Outdoors, family and animals have always been a huge part of my life. After being kicked in the face by my small horse, I experienced daily headaches and severe dizziness. Massage therapy and Chiropractic care was my saving grace and started my love for natural healing. After graduating high school I went to massage therapy school in Greeley, Colorado at the Academy of Natural Therapy. In school I learned multiple modalities. I quickly learned I was a deep tissue and therapeutic massage therapist. I love to focus on helping my clients get relief but also maintain relief with stretching and lifestyle changes. After graduating I worked in different Chiropractic offices, learning a lot from the doctors I was working with. I was also going to Aims Community College where I graduated in 2015 with my associate degree in Business management. In 2014 I moved to Montana. While living in Montana I worked at a Chiropractic office that was focused on overall health of their patients. I was lucky enough to work hands on with both Chiropractic doctors and the office Physical Therapist. Learning from these medical professionals has helped me grow as a therapist and given me a wide range of muscle knowledge. In 2017 I was blessed with my boy-girl twins. Being a mom has given me a new level of patience and helped me recognize how hard pregnancy and labor can be on a mother and her baby. While being prenatal trained in school, I have worked with numerous pregnant mothers. I have also learned different tips and tricks to help mothers with stretching and digestive support for their babies. In 2020 I became certified in Cupping therapy. While deep tissue massage can be very effective, cupping gave me a new way of getting deep tissue results without the soreness or discomfort of deep tissue work. While cupping can be helpful in relieving muscle tightness it also helps with nervous system function, lymphatic drainage and promotes relaxation. In September 2021 my husband, children and I relocated from Bozeman MT to Cheyenne so we could be closer to my family in Colorado. We are ecstatic to be a part of the Cheyenne community, and I’m beyond excited to welcome you into my massage clinic!
