Policies:  Our doors remained locked for safety, they will be unlocked 10 minutes prior to appointment times for entry unless previous arrangements have been made.  New clients: Please fill out your intake form prior to arrival, otherwise it will take away some of your session time, please come 5-10 minutes prior to your first appointment for your consultation.  If you are late for an appointment, please know that the time will be taken off your service time as we don't want the next client to miss their time, we will try add the time if our schedule allows. You will be charged for the time that you scheduled.  ** If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior or miss your appointment and no call no show,  you will be charged for your full session time.  If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 25% of the total cost for your booked session. ** Credit card refunds will be charged credit card service fee of 4%.  Thank you!
