I'm Tammy Omernik and I’ve been a massage therapist for 15 years. Early in my career I focused on stress relief and spa services but found true joy in helping clients with pain relief. Since then, I have spent my time learning more deep tissue and injury treatment techniques. I enjoy working with all age groups and body types. I have specialized in pain relief, deep tissue, and assisted stretching. I am also trained in pregnancy, Swedish, hot stone, trigger point, and Thai massage. I do my best to use all the many techniques I have learned to build to the perfect service for each individual.
