My name is Valerie.  I am a Wisconsin licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the East-West Healing Arts Institute in Madison.  My massage therapy promotes relaxation of the nervous system, fluidity in the muscles and fascia, circulation, and balance in the energy meridians of the body.

By combining techniques from Swedish and TuiNa practices, I can provide an invigorating, restorative massage or a more grounding, slower relaxation massage, focused therapeutic work for areas with adhesions, trigger points or more concentrated tension, hot stone massage therapy, cupping, or massage with acupressure.

My intention with each session is to provide therapeutic support for the truly extraordinary work our body is constantly doing as it houses our mind and spirit, our heart and our emotions, our experiences and our memories, carrying us through our day, every day, always there for us. 

My practice is located inside the East-West Healing Arts Institute and Dr. Zhou's Acupuncture Clinic.
