With over 18yrs of dedication to holistic healing, I am a highly experienced massage therapist. My journey into the world of bodywork began with a profound belief in the innate power of the body to heal itself. Applying a unique approach to massage I blend traditional techniques with a deep understanding of energy work, Craniosacral therapy, and sound healing. It's my firm belief that massage should never be painful and through gentle intentional touch the body and release chronic stress and traumas.
