I believe the pain in your Body is not only physically-based but emotionally as well.  When we listen to what our body is telling us through pain or illness, we begin to heal the Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit on all levels.  I have been practicing Massage Therapy for over 23 years.  Through my experiences with my clients I have learned that our bodies are talking to us, so lets explore what it is telling you.  The massage modalities I use range from Orthopedic Massage, Swedish Massage, Myofacial Release to Pregnancy Massage.  Energy modalities I use are Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy to QHHT. During your session I will guide you into a Theta state of mind, this is were the deep emotional healing begins. All sessions are performed on a Bio-Mat, a relaxing Far-Infrared warming mat made of Amethyst and Tourmaline crystals to enhance your experience.
