Welcome! My name is Kelsey Boge and I am excited for a new journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am passionate about helping others reach their goals, whether that is in fitness, mental health, or physical well being. I am also passionate about the environment and sustainability, which is how the name was created: Gaia is the Greek Goddess of Earth, otherwise known as Mother Earth. By choosing to name my business after Mother Earth, I have a daily reminder that every choice we make can make an impact on the environment and people we meet, even if it seems small at the time. 

I am looking forward to helping clients reach their goals to live the lives that make them the most happy.
