I truly believe that Massage is MEDICINE, and that is why I only offer 90, 2 hr, and 4.5 hr massage sessions. 

In Massage, time is of the essence, and doing anything less than these increments does not afford me the the time I need to address your pain and stress. 

We will talk about what brings you in and what you need.

I will truly listen, and give you the massage that meets those needs.

I will respect and honor your time with quiet.
