I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years. I have been licensed in Washington, Idaho, Utah, and Nevada. My experience includes multiple years in chiropractic offices working with mild to severe injuries. I have also completed additional education to become a spa specialist. I have worked in multiple spas and I have trained in a variety of modalities, including: hot stone, cupping, deep tissue, relaxation, medical massage, water therapy, ayruvedic massage, gua sha, wraps, scrubs, aromatherapy, cranial sacral, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.
