I am trained in a variety of modalities and customize each massage for each client. You are welcome to inquire about any techniques that interest you. I could already have the tools in my belt or be willing to learn a new way just for you!

I am currently credentialed with Regence insurance, if you would like to have them billed for my services please provide a copy of insurance card  when booking your appointment either via text, email, or by phone. Kindly allow 3-5 business days prior to your appointment to verify benefits, payment will be due at time of service if unable to verify.
