After a career change, I am re-building my part-time mobile business, I am so excited to return to my first love of bodywork. I've found that practicing part-time gives me a more focused approach, always fresh, attentive and mindful.

I am originally from the U.K., I earned my license as a massage therapist on Cape Cod in Massachusetts in 2008. My specialty is in Deep Tissue and Swedish modalities.

My experience comes from running my own practice, working in spas, resorts, chiropractors offices. But my favorite place to work is in your home, where you can completely relax during and after your massage. I love bodywork and its broad spectrum of modalities and fully believe in its mental and physical restorative abilities.

My philosophy is to have my client leave my table feeling loose, rejuvenated and relaxed all at the same time. I offer individual attention, based on our communication before and during a session. I work primarily intuitively, based on years of experience, but at any time, I will adjust pressure, technique and focus as you wish, I am there for you, it’s your body and your massage.

I don’t believe that a deep tissue massage should leave you feeling ‘beat up’. Your muscles need to relax into the work, if the pressure is too deep your muscles will fight back which prevents accessing them effectively.
