Injury treatment and or prevention is my main focus. I will utilize deep tissue techniques to help alleviate any pain, tension, discomfort or dysfunction you may have. I also offer pregnancy massage as well as relaxation massage to help with stress and anxiety. I have been licensed since 2006. Treatment massage became a passion for me after injuring my back in a car accident that left me in tremendous pain. Massage and chiropractic care helped me make a full recovery. Now I try to help my clients in the same way.
