I remember 20 years ago sitting at my desk as a banker for Wells Fargo looking up local massage therapy schools, wishing I could throw responsibility to the wind and pursue something I knew beckoned me...from that time life had many curves and reinventions, none of which led me down the path of bodywork.  In 2015 I suffered a health crisis that pushed me into the realm of more holistic healing, learning the connection of mind/body/spirit.  I completed a 750-hour program in Holistic Nutrtition through an accredited college, and while I am a huge advocate of "food as medicine" I knew it was the singular path I wanted to take in my career.  A few years ago I was sitting alone evaluating my one precious life and in that moment I looked up massage therapy schools near me and a week later I was sitting in a classroom in one of the best massage therapy schools out there.  I had never been happier with a career decision in my life.   I have been successful in every career field I have ever chosen, but nothing fulfills me like offering a holistic healing approach to my clients with hands-on bodywork.  One can never underestimate the healing power of human touch, I myself have experienced that exponentially.  Add that benefit to the beautiful nature out our backdoor and the seasons of the magical Pacific Northwest and it is a perfect recipe for healing, health and wellbeing.
