Welcome! 

My name is Zee (they/them). I have been an LMT since 2010 & have spent my career learning to listen & help start a conversation with you & your body, to find alignment, unlock range of motion, & restore wholeness. I do my best to provide trauma-informed care & create a warm, welcoming space for your rejuvenation. 

Together we will find the spots you didn't even know you have and give you the tools to prevent them from returning. My goal is to help you get back to your maximum movement potential.

Treatment plans can include a combination of massage, stretching, yoga routines, ergonomic assessments, strength training, postural & habitual retraining, & meditation, tailored to fit sustainably into your busy life!

Add-ons include tired CBD oil & hot stones, as well as complimentary silicone cupping & aromatherapy. 

Have a kiddo that needs a massage? I suggest a meeting with me prior to the appointment, so they can decide if they're comfortable with the idea! Please email me at kismethealingarts@gmail.com to set this up! My youngest client so far was 5 years old! 

I'm also very excited to work with folks at varying stages of their gender journey. If you'd like for me to use a name & pronouns other than your current legal ones, I'm happy to do so! Even if you've never asked for different pronouns before but have been thinking about it, this is a safe, confidential place to try it out with me. As a non-binary person, I know how powerful it can be to experience this in a professional, therapeutic setting.
