Welcome! I'm Shannon Bushnell, LMT and owner of Turning Tide. My business is located in the historic 1912 Bldg in downtown Shelton, WA.  I'm a resident of Shelton and 2018 graduate of Tumwater's Bodymechanics School of Massage. I've been a certified yoga teacher since 2005 and trained in hypnotherapy since 2022.

My massage offerings include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, hot stone, cupping and Myofascial Release. My specialties are Injury Treatment/Prevention, and Meridian Massage (inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine). I can offer these separately, or combine clinical approaches with relaxation techniques. 

I do not bill insurance for massage at this time, but i do accept HSA/FSA cards. I can also provide a receipt for you to seek reimbursement directly (check with your insurance for their guidelines). For insurance massage with billing service, please book with me at my other location, The Muscle Technicians in Lacey. 

Clients enjoy convenient online booking, and the option to schedule a mobile visit at their home or office. All diverse backgrounds are welcome. I support the health of the planet by using organic oils, all natural cleaning solutions, laundry products and essential oils (scented products are only used when requested).
