My name is Phillip and I look forward to meeting you. I believe in the healing ability of massage for the mind and body. I think one of the best long term health choices you can make for yourself is to get a massage on a regular basis. Massage can decrease your stress and help your body deal with stress in more effective ways. Massage can also heal long standing injuries and adhesion to help increase your range of motion, reduce chronic pain, and reduce muscular scar tissue. It can also aid in healing from injuries by increasing lymph and blood flow to the injured area, maintaining range of motion as the body heals, and reducing the formation of scar tissue. I believe that patients are their best advocate for their healing and believe in supplying you with tools and stretches that can assist you with maintaining the work I do at your session. Good health is often a team effort and I look forward to being a member of your team.
