1).  What's the best way to contact you? Answer: Please text or call 253-389-6743 

2). Do you bring a table and all the "stuff"?  Answer: Yes, I bring a full table set up with linens, blanket, massage oil/creme and any add on modalities.

3). Why do you only do 90 minutes or more massage? Answer: In my professional opinion, 90 minutes is the perfect amount of time to perform treatment and do maintenance for the rest of your muscle groups without putting undue stress on your nervous system.  

4). Will this hurt? Answer: Possibly.  If you are recovering from an injury or live in chronic pain; treatment may be uncomfortable or a little bit more in the effort to release tight muscles or break up "knots".  Never. Ever. Will I try to hurt you or ignore your request for less pressure or a change of technique. If you are having a custom maintenance massage you will very likely not experience any at all. 

5). Will you take off your shoes before coming into my home? Answer: Yes

6). Will you wear a mask if asked? Answer: Yes

7). Do you wash or sanitize your hands before the massage? Answer: Yes and this is state law

8). Do I have to get naked? Answer: No. Please undress to your comfort level the linens and blankets are not transparent and proper draping is upheld at all times.

9). Do you talk a lot?  Answer: I will ask questions about pressure comfort or pain and may remind you to breath during treatment.  I also will explain the treatment and what to expect, other wise I remain quiet unless spoken too. 

10).What kind of massage do you do? Answer: My favorite massage is treatment.  I like helping people get out of pain and increase their range of motion! I do deep tissue as well prenatal and relaxation. 

11). Cancelation Policy? Answer: I understand that life happens or that you may wake up sick the same day.  Please try to give me as much notice as possible to help you get rescheduled. If late cancelations become a problem then a nonrefundable 100% deposit maybe required to hold your appointment time. 

12). When does my 90 minutes start?  Answer: When the massage starts.

13). Will you remind my of my appointment? Answer? Yes

14). Do we have to have a phone consultation prior to my appointment? Answer: A 10-15 minute phone consultation is required for all first time clients.  We will discus your expectations for the massage, work area for the massage, allergies, the service area you live in as well as accepting a 50% deposit to hold your appointment. 

15). Do I have to fill out paperwork? Answer: Yes.  It's state law and must be done prior to the massage. 

16). Do you reuse the sheets and blankets? Absolutely not! Every client gets fresh linens and all equipment are sanitized in between clients.
