Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Rescheduling: To help prevent no-shows and cancellations, I require pre-payment of 50% of your service cost for all new clients booking online. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, I kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule to a later time.

Late arrivals: I understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so I cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment may result in a shortened service so that your session ends at the scheduled time.  Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the rescheduling of your appointment.

Illness: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for another time. Please do not come to the office if you are symptomatic. 

In the rare instance that I need to reschedule your appointment, I assure you that any deposit made will be applied towards your next scheduled appointment.
