How we help
During a massage or energy session, we pay close attention to what your body is telling us. Instead of working through a routine progression, we use communication, observation, and intuition to determine what you need. Using this approach, we make moment-by-moment adjustments to give you the most restful, healing experience possible.
Our clients have described us as “massage artists” who help them:
• Say goodbye to muscle tension.
• Regain range of motion.
• Improve their circulation.
• Manage stress and worry.
• Be more calm and centered.
• Live with less pain.
• Feel “like a whole human again.”

Who we are
Kelly Schauble LMT, owner and founder
Welcome to Symbio Bliss! My name is Kelly and I founded this practice because I’m passionate about helping people live pain-free, stress-free, connected lives. We help Olympia-area people live more freely through intuitive, top-tier bodywork and energy work. There’s absolutely nothing else I’d rather be doing.
When it comes to healing work, there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all model. I tailor each of my massage or energy sessions to your needs. One style of massage doesn’t work for every person, so I blend together many different techniques to help relieve pain and stress, such as deep-tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, myofascial, sports massage and thai massage.
Through my training, experience, and a keen listening ear, I can address a variety of muscle dysfunctions, including flare-ups, nagging pain, or chronic tightness. As a Reiki master, I can help address energetic and spiritual issues through Reiki healing sessions. I always want your experience to be blissful—I do everything I can to make sure you leave our space feeling light and relaxed.
My heart is in this. I’m thrilled to be living my dream and even more excited to invite you in and support you on your path toward a healthier, happier life.
Josh McDaniel, LMT
Hi there! I’m Josh. I’ve been working as a massage therapist for more than a decade and every day it feels like my job chose me. I graduated massage school in 2008 but I've been massaging people and honing my skills as a muscle mind reader since I started massaging my mom’s tired typing hands as a kid.
Helping people get free of pain and resolve neck, shoulder, and other body issues is incredibly gratifying work. Maybe I love it so much because I get to do a lot of listening—to what people and their bodies say. My perfect session is when I get to be your sounding board and problem solver, listening to what your muscles tell me, applying pressure, and working with your breath to help you release your muscles and bring you lasting relief.
I’m also passionate about helping you educate and advocate for yourself. From explaining why your muscles feel the way they do to giving you home stretching ideas, I’m all about empowering you to care for your whole self.
Where we are
Our address is 703 Lilly Road suite 105. It is located across the street from Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in a shared medical building. To find us go to the second main entrance of the building, go through the double doors and then enter the door to the LEFT. Go past the Mount Rainier Urology waiting room and check in desk, you will see a door with a big K on it (Kelly's treatment room). To the right of that is a door with a big J on it (Josh's treatment room).
