With 11+ years experience and a background and specialization in therapeutic massage, I curate every treatment for each individual. With the use of my postural analysis training, I apply various Swedish, deep tissue, pin and stretch, myofascial release/cupping, and neuromuscular techniques to help the body relax, come back into a parasympathetic state, and reach postural balance in the muscles. I also offer energy healing and reiki as well, which is a great complimentary treatment to massage and on its own.
