I work with you directly before the massage session to discuss your health history to develop a treatment plan or goal to improve your wellness. During the session, I listen to you and your body to pinpoint any areas of concern and work towards reducing tension and/or pain. My aim is to leave you feeling more able to live well, in better health than before you came to me. 

I am located in the Marston Center, conveniently close to the I-5. Free parking and restrooms are available. If possible, try to take a hot shower beforehand so your muscles are more pliable for massage. Appointments must be paid for at time of service OR pre-paid to guarantee your session.
