Super Bill for insurance: Currently, I am working on becoming a provider and not yet listed. This is because this can take up to 6 months. There is another successful option to utilize your insurance: the Super Bill. I will hand you a physical bill with required numbers and codes and you can turn this in to your insurance for reimbursement. Call your insurance provider for more information as they may require a prescription from a doctor.
My name is Sarah, and I am your Forks, Washington therapeutic massage and body work practitioner. I arrived to the peninsula in Fall of 2021 and was drawn to this area as an avid hiker and adventurer. I attended massage school in Texas and am currently licensed in the State of Washington. I retired as a rancher, boarding stable owner/operator, and horseback riding coach in Texas. I am so enjoying my career as a licensed massage therapist, LMT, and I absolutely love the Olympic Peninsula, its national park, rainforests, beautiful beaches, and lovely cool weather. I moved to Forks in 2024 after marrying my husband and I absolutely love how quiet and green it is here. I am excited to be closer to where the wild things are and am looking forward to exploring more of the area.
Medically, I am able to warm up tissues and gently deepen into muscle fibers, soothing each muscle individually, one fiber at a time. This process is delicate, but firm, and done with intention. I also incorporate fascial restriction release into my sessions. I am quite mindful of lymphatic flow and maintaining physical touch throughout the session for your comfort and confidence. I keep my patients carefully draped for their modesty and security. I use subtle stretching throughout therapeutic sessions and patients tend to come off my table restored, relieved, and recuperated. My space and my part in your healthcare journey is, at best, to add to your physical, mental, and emotional health in a comfortable and supportive fashion.
