Welcome to Eucalyptus Massage Clinic.  My goal is to create a massage session that is customized to every patient who walks into my clinic.  I use a variety of modalities (ie deep tissue, scar tissue management, myofascial, lymphatic massage, etc) and tools (ie gua sha) to help accomplish each set of treatment goals.  I bring my own unique skill set to this practice that I have gained through 14 years of experience as a massage therapist.  I look forward to working with you.

Insurance clients please read:

Check list for using insurance:

One- Call or email your insurance to verify your benefits- number of sessions, if a referral is required and an co pay

Two- Get referral/prescription; I must have a referral/prescription to bill insurance even if your plan doesn't require it.

Three- Email front and back of insurance card and your referral to eucalyptusmassagec@gmail.com

Four-  Book appointment online according to your insurance company (ie 60 min massage Kaiser only)

Payment: I accept cash (exact change), checks, Venmo and FSA. It is a patient's responsibility to pay in full at each session.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for any session.  If I am not notified prior to 24 hours before your appointment then you will be charged the full price of your session. This is included in the intake form that all clients are required to sign.
