My areas of focus are Myofascial Release, Intra-oral, assisting in cessation of Chronic neck pain, chronic foot pain, and overall treatment based relaxation. Much of the physical discomforts we experience is related to many years of various non-constructive activities both cognitive and physical that reenforce a pattern of disfunction in the body.  Our job together is to disrupt unproductive patterns, and establishing patterns of Stillness, Joy, Clarity, and Thriving.  I value your time by being present, intentional, and wholesome with my therapeutic touch.
